Group must be present and ready to board 15 minutes before departure.
Late departures that result from group not being present impact your 2 hour allotted time on the boat. We always try to be accomodating, but please understand it is not always posssible to extend your cruise if you are late.
Decorating the boat is permitted; however, you are only allowed to board 15 minutes before departure. NO BALLOONS.
Volsunga IV LLC reserves the right to cancel or shorten any trip at its own discretion.
This can be due to weather, mechanical issues, or disruptive passengers.
Consumption of alcohol is at the discretion of the charter host signer. M/V Volsunga IV, Captain Anna Milne, Volsunga IV Thimble Islands Cruise LLC, its represetative, agents, or employees, shall not be liable for alcohol related accidents.
There is absolutely no swimming off of the boat. This will result in Man Overboard procedures with notice to the United States Coast Guard resulting in fines of up to $10,000 to the passenger.
Photography Release:
By booking a private charter, you grant Volsunga IV Thimble Island Cruise LLC permission to cpature and use photographs or video taken during your trip for promotional purposes, including but not limited to use on our website, social media,and marketing material. If you prefer not to have your image used, please notify the captain or crew before departure.
