Volsunga IV - Charter Contract

*Narration is not offered in evening charters departing after 5:00 pm*

 

  1. Group must be present and ready to board 15 minutes before departure. 

    1. Late departures that result from the group not being present impact your 2 hour allotted time on the boat. We always try to be accommodating, but please understand it is not always possible to extend your cruise if you are late. 

    2. Decorating the boat is permitted; however, you are only allowed to board 15 minutes before departure. No balloons. 

 

  1. Volsunga IV LLC reserves the right to cancel or shorten any trip at its own discretion.

    1. This can be due to weather, mechanical issues, or disruptive passengers. 

 

  1. Consumption of alcohol is at the discretion of the charter host signer. M/V Volsunga IV, Captain Anna Milne, Volsunga IV Thimble Island Cruise LLC, its representatives, agents, or employees, shall not be liable for alcohol related accidents.

 

  1. There is absolutely no swimming off of the boat. This will result in Man Overboard procedures with notice to the United States Coast Guard resulting in fines of up to $10,000 to the passenger. 

 

  1. It is customary to tip the mate 10% gratuity.
